Job Title: Facilities Operations Specialist

Compensation: $45,000.00-$50,000.00/year

Summary:

The Facilities Operation Specialist is responsible for ensuring periodic maintenance and repairs on equipment within a facility. As a specialist, the facility must be in a clean and operational state at all times. The Specialist may also oversee renovation or remodeling. Will also oversee the maintenance of indoor and outdoor spaces. The Specialist must ensure an adequate level of supplies is kept at all times, and may work with staff members such as building management and outside service vendors. Frequent driving to various sites across the state will be required.

The person in this position works at all Epic facilities. Frequent travel to various locations across the state of Oklahoma is required. Many of these facilities will be undergoing remodel or construction. The noise level is usually moderately loud (when students or construction crews are present.)
